Check out this incredible water-based animation by Garip Ay which uses a traditional Turkish painting technique called "ebru", which is defined as painting on water and transferring the painting onto paper.
We just love the simplicity and beauty of watching Van Gogh's famous "Starry Night" and a portrait of Mr. Van Gogh himself emerge from Ay's liquid dots, slashes, and swirls.
